Privacy policy

This policy explains which data DivStart processes, why, for how long and what your rights are. DivStart does not sell your personal data.
1. Data collected
Account: name, e-mail address, password (stored encrypted), declared country, interface language, chosen plan. No ID document or phone number is required to sign up.
Activity: published offers, orders, deliveries, reviews, messages, applications, contracts, referral links and favorites. Payments and withdrawals: amounts, currencies, references and withdrawal method (PayPal address or Orange Money number, shown masked). Card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by DivStart.
3. Statistics
The statistics shown to members (views of an offer or page, link clicks, traffic sources, sales) are computed by DivStart from visits to the platform. They are aggregated: a seller never sees who viewed their page, and never knows which member recommended a sale.
No third-party audience measurement tool is used.
4. Storage and retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Delivered files and digital products are stored privately and are only accessible to the buyers concerned, through temporary links.
When an account is deleted, its data is erased, except what the law requires us to keep (invoices, transactions, withdrawals), which is kept for the legal period.
5. Security
Exchanges with DivStart are encrypted (HTTPS). Amounts, commissions and statuses are always recalculated and checked by the platform, never decided by the browser. Access to each order, message or file is limited to the members concerned.
If a breach affects your data, you will be informed as soon as possible.
6. Your rights
At any time, you can access your data, correct it in the settings, ask for a copy, object to some processing, ask for it to be erased or for its use to be restricted. Non-essential notifications can be turned off in the settings.
We answer every request within one month.
